The alphacore Alarm Detection and Notification module triggers a notification as soon a rule has detected an event which is in the watch list. This allows to detect fraud or network problems by sending a notification when the predefined threshold is reached. As notification medium SMS and e-mail alerts are supported. The operator can check the system status over the web client to decide the next steps. The alphacore Alarm Detection and Notification module is part of our Revenue Assurance concept.
